We’re not joking: the 1st of April was Avantes’ 26th anniversary! Normally, we would celebrate this joyous occasion with a nice company lunch at our headquarters in Apeldoorn, the Netherlands, but under these circumstances, something sweet sent straight to our colleagues’ homes is a much better alternative.
For non-Dutch speakers: the wrapper of this chocolate bar says ‘stay healthy’, followed by a Dutch phrase we use to encourage people (the literal translation is ‘sticking a heart under your belt’).
Thank you to all our employees worldwide who are working hard to continue business as usual, either from home or at the office. And thank you to our distributors, suppliers and customers for their continued support over these past 26 years! We look forward to meeting each other again in better circumstances.
