This month our annual International Sales and Marketing Meeting (ISMM) took place in Oberursel, Germany. For three days, our sales and marketing teams from the United States, China, and Europe came together to connect, collaborate, and strategize for the future.
The sessions were filled with lively discussions, interactive workshops, and insightful presentations, where team members shared best practices and explored new opportunities for growth within the photonics industry. The evenings were filled with laughter, good food and fun activities. It was a great opportunity to strengthen our global bonds and deepen our shared commitment to advancing Avantes’ mission.
